Los Jardines de Santa Maria is an Andalusian-style village set in Elviria, Marbella. A private complex of mainly south facing apartments, the emphasis with this development is on its tropical gardens. Spacious terraces are set amongst the wild oak and cork trees. The resort is surrounded by four swimming pools, and the Santa Maria Golf and Country Club is literally on the doorstep.

Shopping centres, restaurants, taxis and buses and even the beach are within walking distance from the apartments. Clients can use the Don Carlos Hotel facilities at a small cost.

For the sports enthusiast, there are many excellent golf courses in the area Santa Maria is located in Elviria & there are several more nearby. There are a host of water sports on the Costa Del Sol's many magnificent beaches as well as the Mijas horse racing stadium which has recently opened. The spacious and well-equipped apartments are in small cluster blocks. They are located in relatively private and quiet surroundings. The apartments consist of three bedrooms: one double room with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms. The apartment has another bathroom with bath or shower room and under floor heating.

The comfortable lounge has two sofas, table and seating for six people.It also has satellite TV, DVD, DVD and stereo; The lounge leads to a spacious terrace with table and chair to enjoy the al-fresco dinners in the Costa del Sol.

The climate in the Costa del Sol is usually defined by the warmth of the air and lack of extreme atmospheric weather.
